What's the difference between HDR400, HDR600, and HDR1000?

These are VESA DisplayHDR certification levels. HDR400 requires 400 nits peak brightness, HDR600 requires 600 nits, and HDR1000 requires 1000 nits. Higher numbers mean brighter highlights.
